Spring finds me obsessively checking the California Wildflower status reports at Desert USA. I wish we could go to Death Valley and/or Joshua Tree this year. Anyone want to plan a weekend trip? (The Antelope Valley Poppy Preserve is pictured above.)We are going to Anza Borrego this weekend. We also bought tickets for Peter and the Starcatchers at La Jolla Playhouse. We have a second house in San Diego. It's called my in-laws'. ;-)
