They've been bought out, and currently manufactured in Ohio. They are electric and are classified as a motorcycle. They cost about $0.02/mile to operate and are rated for highways, but I don't know anyone who has actually drove one on a highway.

Yes, I researched it and really wanted one when I was in Seattle. So much more practical than a Vespa really, especially with all the rain. I still want one.Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12255104378892858573noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15350975.post-6851428454497978732008-06-06T10:43:00.000-07:002008-06-06T10:43:00.000-07:00There were always plenty of wildflowers to pick in...There were always plenty of wildflowers to pick in Norway (in the summer time!), so leaving the planted ones alone was not too hard- children grew up knowing the difference :-)

The car, well, it is... is it a car?...Birgittehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13085707175735448759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15350975.post-35848485230474009832008-06-06T08:34:00.000-07:002008-06-06T08:34:00.000-07:00I've seen that little car many times driving near ...I've seen that little car many times driving near work. I want to take her for walks, but they are right there at her eye level and "so prettyful, Mama." It always ends with one of us yelling.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
